a) Crafting of Furniture and Accessories to Client Design and Specification

We offer comprehensive custom furniture and accessories making and finishing services to our commercial clients based on their detailed specifications and CAD designs.

Clients can specify precisely the woods and other materials they wish to use. Our partners’ very extensive network of international suppliers means there are virtually no limits on the choice of materials available.

Clients can, if they wish, order samples or full-scale room mock-ups to be made before they commit to the complete order and commencement of full-scale production.

Generally we are able to ship within 90 days of all specifications being agreed and signed off by both parties.

b) Design and Make To Customer Brief

In conjunction with our partners we offer our commercial clients a full design and make facility working from a brief or concept brought to us by the customer.

Our partners have internationally recognized in-house design and product development skills, detailed knowledge of international design trends and a vast portfolio of completed projects to draw upon.

Working with the client and our partners in a carefully managed process we will:

• Prepare concept sketches of room settings and individual furniture pieces
• Prepare detailed drawings
• Prepare schedules of itemised costs and overall budgets
• Make furniture and accessory samples if required for client approval
• Make sample full room settings if required for client approval
• Agree required and committed delivery timetables
• Proceed to making upon execution of formal order
• Ship from works according to the agreed timetable

At each stage in the process outlined above there is formal sign off before proceeding to the next phase, thus ensuring tight management of timeframes and budgets.

c) Our Residential Furniture Range

Our extensive residential furniture range is detailed in our online catalogue.

All of our furniture is made utilising the finest furniture making materials, including top quality woods, and techniques.

It is, therefore, highly durable and suitable for commercial applications.

The durability and serviceability can be further enhanced by the specification of commercial grade finishes, including fabrics with high abrasion resistance as rated by one of the industry accepted standards (e.g. Martindale or Wyzenbach).

Complementary pieces are available for many of our domestic furniture items, facilitating the furnishing of complete room settings.
